Bio: The exact origins of this woman is unknown. She is one of the few elite shinobi who has always had a hand in the major actions taken on in the name of Kumogakure. Until recently, that is. Due to the suspicious death of the 7th, she immediately assumed the position of the 8th. Though some suspect foul play in her rise to power, they wouldn't dare oppose her less they find themselves missing unexpectedly. That aside there are many whispers around the nation, some about how she practices forbidden jutsus and that she may have connections to the rumored Akatsuki revival.
Personality: She is enigamtic, graceful, and stoic. She is not easily phased. She is charismatic and intelligent, which makes it easy for her to to find out what she wants or sway someone to her side. Though when her sadistic side is seen, there is usually no one left to tell the tell.

Journey into Horrifying Darkness-  Genjutsu that causes the target to believe they are locked in darkness being attacked by fearsome grotesque creatures that literally paralyzes the target with fear. :20

Demonic Illusions: Demons Insurgence- Genjutsu that causes the target to see grotesque clones of the user, also causing the user to appear just as unseemly as the clones. :10

Summon Rashōmon- Summons a gate, from the ground, with a demons face to block strong attacks. :15

Earth Flash- Causes a stream of lightening to shoot across the ground toward the opponent. :15

Lightening Blot Fang- Drawing together his dual short rods, electrical energy will begin to crackle. A plume  of an electrified chakra-like essence will rise into the clouds above to activate the lightning to come crashing down on Byakurai's target. :20

Lightening Bolt Feast- Drawing together her dual short rods, electrical energy will begin to crackle. She will then implant her rods into the ground to send an electric current racing through the earth. When the current approaches its target, it can split into multiple tendrils to attack each target individually. :20

Transformation Six headed Thunder Claw- Allows the user to transform into an enormous six headed black panther with lightening abilites. (Size of Gamabunta) :150
