Look: A varry well dressed man long blue/black hair and dragon tattoo cover his body. At times it seems his eyes turn to gold.
Bio: . He is never really found in any of the villages sence he spends so much time in the forest, in fact he made his own house in the woods. His family life was verry ruff growing up with two step sisters and his good for nothing aunt, they had always had said that he was cursed and picked on him. That is why now he is never really found at home. He takes the time traveling the world, Sometimes he makes a living by puting on side show like acts, It became sortof a hobby for him.
His Power Is a good reson why they would think he is cursed. Its all based on blue and black dragon tattoos that cover his body. Sometime if someone looks hard enofe it almost looks like they could be moving, or had shifted on thare own, another meaning they seem to be in diffrent spots every now and again and his eyes may turn from a dark blue to gold randomely, or it seemes to depend on his mood.. On his back is the biggest of the dragon tatoos, and its all broken up in scares. This is because when he was about 17 he was whiped, because someone wanted to get info out of him about a friend of his.. he never told them a thing and had almost died bacuse of it. He never could find out who really had sent for the whipping but his suspicion that led him to think it was Persephone (an oc of mine). Thare are times that she would be after him because of the ectraction jutsu...or sometimes its just simpley called the Black Hole. What happens when he uses this it that the dragon Tattoos seem to all move to his cheast and it looks like thay are peeling away his skin.creating the hole. and with this he can suck out any abillity he wanted out of a person and keep it/ use it for him self. The only thing is once it starts it can not be stoped untill the extraction is done. and she is not only one who would love to have such a thing and the only time you may ever see him use it might be if some one had died and if they had something he wanted or needed...so not verry often.
Over time he bacame well respected, he took youg children or anyone who would listen to him and teach them, how to fight or the ways of life. He has many people around the word working for him as well, trying to teach the world the diffrence from right and wrong, they all fallow him in philosophy that one may try to achieve greatness physically, but true power can only be achieved by knowledge.
People may ask why is he called BlueJay, He never goes by his real name, most who know him never find out his name. Alot of people think its his stage name from when he puts on acts but the name was giving to him by a little girl that he had saved. He can sommon bluejay birds so the name stuck.
Personality: It beast to stay on his good side but he really a nice guy once you get to know him. He will lash out at time but it only because he can be passionate about things. but may pull out his pipe to calmb himself down.
Goals, If anything he wants to teach or help people anyway he can
