Deus walked into town, occasionally glancing around at the people around, and taking particular note of the ninja who occasionally ran across the rooftops.

The people around we're calmly walking like a normal day. Completely oblivious of an intruder alert. Hell there might not even be be one. He jammed his ands in his pocket whistling as he walked down the street. He's looking around as though he was window shopping, but in reality keeping a sharp eye out for anything suspicious.

Deus makes a turn into an ally, once again twirling his parasol. As he does this, an overhead train track explodes and falls onto the people below. On the buildings around it, several people appear, only to disperse and fade into the crowds.

At a distance he seen a white haired man walk into an alley way then back out. He didn't pay it so much attention. Just a wrong turn. He was going to talk to the man and help him find his way then he heard a loud crash. He snapped his head in the direction of it only to find it was a stack of plates falling in one of the local restaurants. Next thing you know, he smacked straight into that white haired man.

"Oh. I'm so sorry about that you ok sir???"

"Oh, its quite alright." He replyed with a smile, twirling his parasol for the third time. Again, explosions go off, these ones closer, and taking down buildings. "Im not from here, so its likely just as much my fault. I keep hearing explosions so I am abit distracted. Is there a festival today?"

He jumped heavily at the unexpected explosions. He snapped his head towards the crumbling building. What the hell is going on?

"No there's no festival. Those are some type of explosions. The streets aren't safe right now. Please get away!"

He looked around wearily trying to find the source if the explosions.

Another twirl.
More explosions, leading up to about a block away from them. On the rooftops, people stand, shaded in the smoke, and disperse.

He kept searching looking in all directions. Explosions, citizens and ninja disappearing. He started thinking of what could have possibly happened to Lily. He couldn't help but panic. Next thing you know, his Rinnegan activated itself feeding of his panic and stress. Everything became clear to him. The explosions were some sort if Jutsu!better a chakra nature. The explosion kekkei genkai he's read about in one of his many books. But who could possibly be using it? He eyes caught onto a chakra trail. He followed it leading from the most recent explosion all the way to....

"So it's you!!!"

Tghe trail leading from the explosion lead to the biggest chakra tank he's ever feasted his eyes on. The white haired man is the intruder! Not only that, but he's dangerous. Jim's rage and chakra flared. His body started to spark up as his lightning armor slowly surrounded his body.

"How dare you come into the Mist Village destroying things and acting so oblivious about it!? You monster!!"

(lots of assumptions :P the explosions were nothing special, and the swarms of ninja escaping are ignored?)

Deus shook his head and waved his hand, as if brushing Jin off.  "What would possibly give you such an idea?" The man asked, continuing to walk past Jin on his way out of town. More explosions go off in the distance, but no twirl.
